What should I bring to an H2yOga class?

  • Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Flip-Flops (or something to wear in the showers and around the pool area)
  • A water-proof bag for your wet swimsuit/towel after class
  • PRO-TIP! The air is generally colder than the pool. Dry=Warm. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND a terry-cloth robe to ease your transition from the pool to the locker room.

What kind of swimsuit should I wear?
The style of swimsuit is up to you. If you're buying a suit specifically for our classes, choose one that you're comfortable moving around in, and one that's at least 80% polyester. Our salt-water pools eat through lycra very quickly, even chlorine-safe suits.

Do I need goggles or a swim cap?
We don’t go under water, so you don't need goggles, but we do get our hair wet, so if that’s an issue for you, bring a swim cap.

Is there anything else I should bring?
If you're going to leave your belongings in a locker, bring a lock. Otherwise, bring your stuff with you out to the pool area.

Can I get ready for work after class?
Sure! Lots of our clients get ready for work after class.
Our showers have soap, but bring your own shampoo, conditioner, lotion, razors, blow dryer, curling iron, etc.

Do I need to own my own equipment?
Nope! We provide all the noodles, and weights, and weight belts for you!
